Job description
The designer will create graphic corporate communication products, both external and internal. Is responsible for evaluation and approval of the correct implementation of the brand identity, guiding communication and marketing professionals, company staff and external suppliers. Delivers practical, hands-on solutions and devises creative strategies and direction to achieve the correct look and feel. Reviews and maintains corporate identity guidelines, together with the Design Manager and is a brand identity ambassador. He or she reports to the Design Manager in the Corporate Branding team.
Required
The successful candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated individual with a strong track record in graphic design and corporate identity. He or she is used to play a key role in providing direction in the development of the brand identity. Is highly proficient in using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (CS5) and has experience with print and digital processes. The designer has superior hands-on design skills, creativity and attention to detail. Shows initiative, thrives in a dynamic and high performance environment and deals effectively with pressure. The ideal candidate is a team player with a clear understanding of the role, position and boundaries of design in a corporate environment. Interaction design, (Flash) animation and video skills are desirable. Fluency in English, including writing skills, is a must.
